Apex12 is a pattern recognition training platform for K-12 schools. Our services include:

• 12 bilingual pattern training games (EN/ES)
• Student accounts with progress tracking and leaderboards
• Teacher dashboards for classroom management
• Administrator tools for license management
• Competitive ranking and leaderboard system

3. Account Types and Responsibilities

Administrators

• Manage institution license and billing
• Create and manage teacher accounts
• Ensure organizational compliance

Teachers

• Create class codes and manage enrollment
• Supervise student platform use
• Monitor student progress and rankings

Students

• Use platform for educational purposes only
• Maintain respectful conduct
• Not share accounts or access others' data

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You May:

• Use the platform for educational purposes
• Participate in leaderboard competitions
• Generate reports for educational assessment

You May Not:

• Share credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Attempt to hack or compromise the platform
• Manipulate leaderboard standings or results
• Use automated tools or bots
• Resell or redistribute platform access

5. Licensing and Payment

• Licenses are granted per-student, per-year
• Fees based on tier selected (Starter, School, District)
• Licenses are non-transferable between institutions
• All features included at every tier
• We accept purchase orders from accredited schools

6. Intellectual Property

Apex12 LLC owns all rights to the Apex12 platform, games, trademarks, and content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform during your active subscription for educational purposes.

Student display names remain property of the respective users/institutions.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

While our games are based on cognitive science, we do not guarantee specific educational outcomes.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9. Termination

You may terminate use at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, schools may request data export within 30 days.
